"Blending music and movement, elevating it with a high intention = magic. This is why I do what I do. The relationship between music and movement is a vast space to create from, to learn from, to dive into, and unite with all things from. Music and movement are two significant teachers to me in this lifetime, and above all, they both bring me great joy."

"I first experienced Nia in 1996 while in Boulder, Colorado, and that initial exposure was a turning point in the way I approached movement.  For that next hour I was bathed in music, moved to tears of joy, I played hard and felt my true vitality.  I knew right then I had to share the gifts Nia brought to me with others."

What people are saying on Maui:

"Nia is amazing, and is a fabulous workout inside and out.  I have had incredible releases and I felt free and supported, as a male, in a setting that was predominately female.  I love the fact that Nia is not exclusive - anyone is encouraged to participate and truly can.  In my profession as a Doctor, I look for programs to support the needs of my clients and Nia is high on my list."

"Erin's voice was soothing and had wonderful pacing of speaking and silences. Suggestions for exploring our own body's way was specific and direct, yet at the same time, so playful and open with a push to expand out of comfort zones.  What a joy.  At the end, I was looking up at the ceiling thinking that I felt more at home in that moment than I had in a long time."
       -Christabel Zamor, a/k/a "HoopGirl"

"In a Nia class, I have a great time.  I become a powerful martial artist - kicking, spinning, blocking and punching.  I become a creative dancer - moving flawlessly and fluidly through the space.  I become integrated - noticing my emotions moving, my body grounded, and my spirit soaring.  THIS is living - right here, in Erin's Nia class!"

"Nia is the best class I have ever taken.  It's my youth pill!"
